Keep in mind that we can not offer exact color matching for any of our prints, some colors may appear darker/lighter in print than they do on screen, please email us first if you have any concerns regarding color quality. It's also important to note, a lot of our prints are placed by hand and while we pride ourselves in creating quality products, we can not offer machine level precision in terms of placement.

If any items in your shipment arrive broken/damaged, please take a photo of all damaged items and send them to us via email, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. As these are customized items, they are unable to be resold, these are customized items unique to each customer, so we only offer returns for broken items or items that are egregiously different from their initial description. Items with slight color differences or fading do not fall under this policy and we can not guarantee precise color matches
